I would like to get some tips on how to overcome Shyness.
I have been shy since I was a child and find myself anxious in social situations such as when I'm in a group and it's my turn to talk or even to put myself out there and make new friends. I tried tapping mentally when I was in a group last night but still felt anxious when I had to speak. I'm not sure exactly what my fears are. Does Robert have a DVD to purchase to overcome shyness?
